I wasn't sure I I should upload this.. but here goes~
Another practice doodle~~
I originally only went for skin, so I painted the clothing over later, making it look a little detached or something...
I was gonna make this nicer, but I think I've burned out on it, so...

Skin is really annoying to get right... and I also can't quite figure out what to do with the contrast...
...so I'm EXP farming xD
...I guess...
Th e main things I wanted to try were the perspective (which kiiinda worked I guess; real nice results for my level xD), and the skin. I was also gonna do some strong light, but that didnt work so I ditched thatt again -.-
I also have been noticing I'm having face isses; I can draw "a face" just fine, but not "the face". Like... it doesnt really look like the character or something -.-
Need to fix that too...
So much left to do~~~
I guess the art grind is never over

You should totally have uploaded this - it's marvellous! The attention to detail is outstanding; you're clearly a very talented illustrator!
As for the grind, you're absolutely right - every artist knows your bittersweet pain. But, if it should ever end, we would die a little as artists; the constant struggle to improve fuels the artistic fire.
