Description I had been drawing the cast of mlp as humans and I came to he question "What would the Wonder-Bolts be in relation to a human Rainbow Dash?". I eventually settled on Swim team. Reasons being: Track and field team just didn't seem interesting enough, Having Fluttershy being unable to swim seemed to perfect to ignore and finally, I think the Wonder-Bolt uniform would look good as a swim suit. I really liked my idea but I can't say the same for the execution. The whole thing just seems off to me but in the end I decided to call it as I have plenty more to get through in such a short space of time. I will probably come back to this idea later and do it better to make up for this.

Thanks. This was drawn over a year ago so I kind of hate it. I wish I had more time to make more MLP stuff, Β There were so many things I never got round to doing. Maybe when the new season starts up I'll make more time for it.Β

while i read your explanation for the swimming thing i can't help but feel like rainbow dash and swimming is an odd thing to pair

The design choices you've made here make a lot of sense, and I like swimming much better than track-and-field. I look forwards to seeing the rest.
You could do Fluttershy as a ballerina and Rarity as a gymnast ( or vice versa.)

I'm not a 100% happy with the body proportions but I can't help to just really really love this...Like you said the swimming team idea is attractive, and there is a realistic and peaceful quality to the image, I really enjoy your shadows and colors and perspective.

Oh I am not at all happy with the proportions but don't worry. I will definitely be coming back to this idea, after I have tried out a few others, this was just the first attempt.Β
