For lack of better title...freedom!

So some of you may know that I've been working this summer camp for children of various ages this summer. It's an art camp, with sections in dance, art, drama, and music. Since we dont have a huge budget (the camp is free) we have to come up with creative ways to come up with fun art assignments.

Well, this week is special. The Air Force band will performing a few streets over, and ave asked for our group of children to sing with them, and do a dance. Therefore, this week had spontaneously become patriotic themed (a week early). I usually like to draw along with them during the art portion, but this week I decided to work with my sharpie shading and things.

Thus, this was born. Took about 2 hours, sharpie only. Grabbed eagle references from the internet, thank you google.

Haven't uploaded anything in awhile, so I felt y'all may appreciate it. Some new art is coming soon!

I dont know...would this be political art? Or pop art...hard to say. Oh well!
