I originally saw this picture on -Greeny001's profile and loved the idea of it.This drawing is dedicated to all the families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 terrorist attacks which took place on my 7th birthday. Now that i am 15 years old, still young, but i can intake a better understanding of the loss thousands of people had to deal with on this mournful day.
I started this the night before last and finished it in maybe 6 hours, i used mostly 3B graphite on 14x17 paper

Until spring 2009, I didn't even know it was called 9/11. I just knew it as the "Terrorist Attack." And until a few months ago, I thought the terrorists bombed the twin towers. I didn't know it was two hijacked jets crashing into them.

This picture reminds me of my friend and my mom...my friends' mother was in that building when it went down...I was in daycare when this happened and i will never forget the look in my mothers eyes when she picked me up early...

i was four when it happened. I was still living with my mom in a trailer, and i remember the little tv and the images of the twin towers on fire, we had like 15 people in the trailer (and it was a tiny trailer) and they were all crying. I even remember what time i was up and how it happened and oh god if i keep going i am going to cry.
