Name says it all. This piece was only meant to be a simple freebie as a gesture to say thank you to a GaiaOnline member who helped show me the way to my current dream avatar on the site. Turned into an excuse to practice digitally painting with one(ish) layer over a digital sketch. I'm quite pleased with how things turned out
A little rough around the edges, but can you blame me? free art doesn't put food in mah mouf! hehehe
My favorite bit are her lips, nose, and eye; focus on them for a moment and tell me you don't agree ;3

Completely understandable, no worries
Hopefully I'll be able to lower my prices in the future, I know most people are used to paying much less for art. Maybe one day I can balance out the expense of time and effort with the quality of work enough to pull my prices down and appeal to a wider audience.
