Description A female ruby-throated hummingbird makes one of her last stops at our backyard feeder as night approaches.

Wow! We're just back from our travels all over Wisconsin to shoot the fall colors, and I discover this DD! Awesome!!! Thanks so much to everyone, and especially to Patrick Ruegheimer for suggesting and Anoya for featuring.

Thank you! It's actually using flashes with a very short duration that freezes the hummingbird's wings - an awesome trick I learned here on dA. Thank you!
