I don't view Papi as best girl (pls abstain from all punches if she is your avian waifu ok) but she's definitely way up there. This came out really good. You're getting better at hammering out backgrounds with relative speed, too. Didn't this go from sketch to finished piece in like 2, maybe 3 days at most? Regardless. Nice job. Β

Yeah. I think that's one of the tropes of the Anime Harem: there's one girl who's flat-chested. I haven't seen all of them, but the ones I have seen seem to follow this trope: Outbreak Company had the Empress; Invaders of the Rokujouma!? had that alien princess; the "- of Zero" franchise has Louise...
And it fits for Papi because, like Smith explained, harpies need to be as light as possible in order to fly. That's why they evolved to be so short that they resemble kids.
