Description In the hilly farm country of Central Pennsylvania, you will find curves repeated everywhere.

On this shot, the curve is where the road crests the hill and goes down the other side, deeper into the valley.

The mountain beyond is Peter's Mountain with the Appalachian Trail running atop it.

Thank you! It's a nice area, and that morning the fog was 'different' and I was trying to capture it... I actually got more than the fog in this shot, so it's kinda special...

Thanks a lot... I appreciate the feedback...

One thing I was a bit disappointed with myself about.. across the valley you could see all this low-lying fog... and I found a good place to shoot it...

but i really wish I had taken the time to do a 'good' panoramic shot... sometimes they aren't all they're cracked up to be, but.... in this case it might have been nice...

ah well... I still liked these two shots... thanks again!

a panoramic shot would have been great indeed... next time maybe ?

Maybe! I need to start allowing more time for the morning commute - because it is a great time of day to take photos.. When I rush, I tend to miss opportunities like this!

The low hanging fog was the target... I almost felt like I didn't quite "get it" but then I stepped back and well... it was good enough I suppose.

I have always liked that morning ground fog, it is so tranquil, it kind of softens the world and makes for a nicer start to the day.
