I couldnt help but draw a little more of this...I really like the uniforms of both the north and the south and this was a good excuse to see Alfred in both as he wrestles with his bi-polar schizophrenia during the 1800'sRelated content

I wouldn't exactly call this bi-polar, but I do think that Alfred was schizophrenic during the civil war

Actually it's my belief too. I know BloodLily16 has a point, but I still think that his 2P was South. The reason why his skin is dark is due to the amount of dark-skinned people there (Granted, they're slaves, but still I believe there's more black people in the south than the north). For me 2P America don't stick to "justice" and "hero" stuff like regular America, but rather does his own stuffs while sticking to his own moral code (Whether it's good or bad, basically an anti-hero), therefore that's the reason why he brings slaves into his area, for his own benefits.
I had an idea to make a American Civil war picture with regular America representing the North and 2P representing the South.

Like I said earlier, I don't think so. I think that 2P!America... well, I don't know about him, but I do believe that if the south/confederacy had a personification, he/she would probably be white. Not that I have anything against a dark-skinned Confederacy, but considering the fact thatthe south had African-American slaves, a dark-skinned Confederacy would've had a hard time.Β

Hmmm... That's true too... But then again, he wouldn't quite be a slave because he would be representing the Confederacy (government and laws etc.) and because in the Confederate States, many of the Black-Africans were still slaves, that would make America's Confederate personification a lot harsher and darker than his usual self; the personification of the United States, a federation under the Constitution.Β
But that's just what I think ^w^. Sorry, if I'm unintentionally disputing your opinions. It's not canon or anything; I'm just entertaining myself with historical Hetalia stuff ;D

One problem I'm having is telling which one is which, though... because the Union wore the blue uniforms, the Confederates wore grey, but the grey version of Alfie that you have there is wearing a Union hat...

Cool! But how I would've thought how the war happened in Hetalia style is America and the Free States vs. my OC Texas and the Slave States. Because Texas used to be a nation after his independence from Mexico and before America just added him on, and Texas would want revenge, so yeah..... And would still be scheming to become a nation again to this day..... But it looks awesome!!

I'm being slightly nit picky but... Alfred's glasses represent Texas... So the North wouldn't really have glasses while the South wouldn't have the Nantucket (spelling?) cowlick, if you go by geography anyway...
