Mineon, The Cave Digger PokemonMineon is one of the many possible evolutions for Eevee, made possible when one is given a Metal Coat to hold. Mineon are used by construction workers and miners across the region. The bioluminescent light on their forehead lights up when it detects poison in the area.
Update: I agreed it looked too much like Umbreon so I touched it up
