Hey guys! Starting a new fan series next to my Iris Hawthorne one, this time being my own ideas for a Transformers series, taking huge influence from Shattered Glass, and what better than to start with the main hero of the series, the leader of the Decepticons himself?

Role: Leader of the Decepticons

Weapons: Fusion Cannon and retractable arm blade (helicopter blades merged into one)

"In the beginning, Cybertron was divided by a caste system between the privileged high class, those with power and influence, and the lower class, often designated as workers such as miners, construction, and other similar designations. It did not take long for corruption, greed, and inequality to take hold. The higher class using their privilege for selfish gain, viewing themselves as superior to the lower class that can only feed through their scraps.

"I was but a simple miner at the time. I had witnessed firsthand how the corrupt system had been tearing our people from the inside out. The only way I or any others of my class would gain some shred of recognition was through the gladiatorial fights in the pits of Kaon. I fought and fought, gaining a reputation as a fierce warrior, but with each battle, I grew wearier, believing that there was no escape from it. That is until I met Orion Pax...

"Orion was an archivist working in the Iacon Database, which would be the Cybertronian equivalent to the human's internet as it contained all the knowledge and history of Cybertron. He also noticed and was concerned by the growing corruption. We had become fast friends, brothers even, as we set off and joined the political world to end the caste system. With my might and his wisdom, I was sure that we would succeed. Soon enough, we had managed to gain a following of Cybertronians from both classes, who wanted to put an end to the system as well.

"It wasn't long before we approached the High Council, those who had the power to select the Prime, the leader of our planet, and proposed our vision for a just society. However, to my surprise, Orion stepped forward, revealing that he saw freedom and choice had been the major factors that led to the corrupt system. When the High Council refused to heed his word, he declared to overthrow the current leader, Sentinel Prime, with force to ensure a new era of order...

"Orion believed that power was the only way to obtain peace, but I did not. I proposed to the High Council a solution of my own, a way to change our current system without violence. I know it sounds strange for a gladiator to propose a solution without violence, but constant battles at Kaon have opened my eyes to how much loss and pain that violence can cause. Day and in day out, battle after battle, to lose your spark for each life shed...I could not bear to see that continue.

"To my surprise, High Council agreed my proposal, and even opted to name me the next leader. However, Orion saw it as me betraying him. He spitefully severed all ties with me and the Council, taking more than half of the followers we gathered to form the Autobots to show that he and forces move autonomously from Cybertron's authority.

"I pleaded Orion to stop, but he refused and even demanded that I would join his cause. I refused, so he declared me his enemy as if those years we spent together as brothers-in-arms had meant nothing to him! What's worse is that he stole the Matrix of Leadership, the very relic that allows us to upgrade those who are worthy into a Prime. He stole it to turn himself into a new being named...Nemesis Prime.

"Despite his betrayal, I refused to falter and formed a resistance to stop the rising Autobot Empire. Nemesis Prime and his lackeys sought to demonize us by calling us Decepticons, but instead, we wore it as a badge of honor! For if speaking the truth is deception, then we are gladly guilty. Our war lasted far too long, however, with Nemesis' tactics resulting in the destruction of our homeworld Cybertron.

"Though Cybertron is lost, my forces still fight on to protect other worlds from Nemesis' ongoing conquest. With Starscream, my loyal 2nd-in-command; Knock Out, my medic; Breakdown, my brother-in-combat; Soundwave, my communications officer; and Slipstream, my sharpshooter, I'm sure we can prevent him from taking over the next target to his conquest -- Earth.

"So heed my call, my fellow Decepticons! Rise up against the Autobot Empire, so that we can put an end to the devastation their so-called "order" leaves in his wake! Transform, my brothers and sisters! TRANSFORM AND RISE UP!!!"
