Description Clean-line sketch, color tinted. Commissioner's character is based from the book "The Handmaid's Tale". (And I have to admit, I really like the outfit and wish it was my design, but its not! I just had to make it work for a mouse instead of a human. And, no, I haven't read the book myself. Kinda nipping that question in advance!)

I love that book.

I think you did a good job with this picture.

But isn't the dress supposed to be really loose fitting to hide any characteristic of the body?

I had to read that novel in my AP English class my senior year, it's pretty good if you ever get the time to read it. I recognized where this came form right off the bat! You did a very good job getting the concept across, especially since you've never even read the novel. It looks amazing and you did a very good job making it fit a mouse instead of a human. Great job =]

she seems like a sweet character, so fitting for your style. the subtle tones were a good idea to create the illusion of space without too much.
