Even during his time as an Adjuchas Coyote Starrk possessed powers rivaling that of a Vasto Lorde, which prompted Baraggan Louisenbairn to send his servants to bring Starrk to him so that he could force him into joining his army. All of these attempts resulted in failure.

At one point he personally approached Starrk with his offer, and when he was rejected he turned to threatening him.

In my story's Universe Starrk is what is known as "The Wanderer" He was the very first Hollow created my the Soul King and is cursed with eternal life. The reason for this is because Hollow's are essential for maintaining the balance of the Universe, and it is Because of Starrk's existence that souls eventually become Hollows.
At the same time, the energy he gives off is overwhelming to others and all but the most powerful of beings would die simply by coming into contact with him. He was able to escape this by becoming an Arrancar and separating his soul into two individuals.
These two individuals named themselves Coyote Starrk and Lilynette Gingerbuck, however neither was their true name.
During the Winter War when Starrk was seemingly killed by Kyoraku his body eventually reformed back in Hueco Mundo.

He's basically like the Hollow version of a "Royal Guard" member.

Starrk learned the truth of his origins from the Soul King after battling against the Royal Guards:
