Seito Kaji is one of the three Fullbringer in charge of what is left of Karakura Town after the Spirit Cataclysm. He guards the ruins of the Shopping Arcade maintaining the population of Hollows in the area and confining them to that area. His Fullbring Beast Tamer allows him to control Hollow and transform their bodies to a form suiting his needs. His partner, Kujo, is a Vasto Lorde he rescued from a squad of Soul Hunters.
