I think Saitama's going to go up against Metal Knight before "God," but I have the suspicion that we're going to see another antagonist even before Bofoy.

I think Genos will go up against Metal Knight. Tornado is sorta like a Villain atm?
And we've still yet to see Blast.

Given that Black Sperm survived and is with Saitama right now, I think he may end up regenerating his lives in secret and possibly gaining even more than he had before. Then he fuses all of those new clones together to make something stronger than Golden Sperm (Plantinum Sperm?). Just my speculation.

It's possible, at this point anything is possible and we're definitely going to need a new villain, but personally I feel like Black Sperm will remain a minor comic relief character for the rest of the series, I can't really imagine him making much of a comeback. But like I said anything is possible really.

It'd be hype if/when Genos gets to that level, because Bofoy's pretty hype if he can create drones that can not just kill but live-capture Demon-class Mysterious Beings and a walker that can clean the debris of an annihilated city and create a structurally stronger substitute in seven days. But imagine all that insanity should Genos get access to Metal Knight's tech.
Still on the edge of my seat to see how Legal Loli gets put in her place.
There's that "Organization" that featured briefly in the Hammerhead/Sonic and King arcs, the ones that have all those cyborgs/robots that lent Hammerhead the battle-suits for data. Though given that they are seeking data, that could very well be Bofoy as well...
