I'm gunna enter this into a contest...But first I have to figure out how to get rid of all those dots. Do u guys see 'em or is it just me?And any suggestions for a background or somthin'?

You indeed got some crazy designs running here!
In a negative space look though, its kind hard to figure out between her "rock on" hand and the hair coming down.
Otherwise this is pretty rockin'!

I like it! To get rid of the white spots, I usually just color it white with a brush.

I like this. If you're looking to do a background, since you're entering this as a contest piece, I'd suggest a very simple one so it showcases the character.
