This is the SUPER late Kiribian prize for Frost1992 , I think these kiribian prizes were for my 40,000 pageviews... well then

Anyways, he wanted a "memory" type pick for his character Amber,
This was taking a different path before I finished it just now, there's a flaw I have, and when there's somethign I'm not quite happy with, or not liking how it's going, I tend to lose motivation, and I"MMM sooo sorry for that... Cause that's what happened with this picture, but I realized I need to do the pictures peoplemare waiting for before I start on other things, so (since my mom kicked me off the TV) I decided to photoshop, and figured I needed to complete this, I think you've waited long enough for it bud :[
I hope you're happy with it, I will admit I had a run in when Trying to figure this one out, cause I've dissappointed you in the past and I was worried of doing it again, so I hope it's good. The backgrounds are usually what gets me but I like my redo of it (thats what I needed to finish for this picture).
Also my style of hair kinda contrasted with the stripes Amber and her mother would have... so hopefully this is good. I quite like it.

The idea for this pic is meant to show that it was raining previously while Amber and her mother were taking a walk, (the umbrella, rain boots and coat) the rain had ceased and they continued their walk. Yee.
I liked the lowered saturation I did on the picture, it makes it more of a memory I feel.
