This is as you should know, Kaitlyn, or Togkaitpi, her name is very difficult to mix together but anyways, she loves Togepi. Originally she said articuno, but she forgot about togepi so I did her in a togepi instead. Considering I did this in like 3 hours I'm pretty happy with it. I hope you guys like!
