The texture in this piece is wonderful and I love the white highlights. I can't believe you used woodstain too! Really imaginative combination of mediums that just merge together so beautifully.

I absolutely adore how you painted the girl's eyes - she looks so determined. Her mouth being slightly ajar adds to that effect. It's a fitting emotion - determination - since the title refers to overcoming obstacles and such.

SO AWeSoME! I can't think of a thing I don't love about this picture. The color is great, the seemingly random texture and brush work bring it alive in a way the reality just can't do.
