Appearance: Green shoulder length hair that turns darker by the tips. The back is tied into a small ponytail (tuft) with a pink hair tie. She has blue eyes and pink cheeks.

Personality: Inoue is extremely shy, not having many friends in middle school she hasn’t had practice with conversation. Often stumbling over her words- and her feet she is pretty clumsy especially when flustered. She has made a goal for high school to work on her awkwardness and try to push out of her comfort zone. She will be grateful for at least a small group of friends who she can trust and relax around- when she does she loves jokes (its extremely easy to make her laugh). She’s kind of a scardy cat in “not-battle-situations” loud noises easily scare her. In battle she tends to freeze up.

Quirk: Mitosis- She can split herself into copies. Each time she splits she becomes smaller- not only does her physical size decrease but her intelligence as well, this also applies for her new move later in the story Growth Spurt- where she forms one big version but the intelligence still drops.

Intelligence drops when she uses her quirk to grow or split. She is then unable to focus on most tasks, gets distracted easily and (more in her larger form) she gets scared easier.

When used excessively splitting and growing start to cause great discomfort and eventually hurt.

BACKSTORY
FAMILY: Mother (Quirkless) Father (Quirkless)

SUMMARY: The quirk gene skipped her parents and went to her. She gets it from her father’s side of the family- her uncle having the same quirk. Her parents were hesitant on allowing her to apply to UA but her uncle was the one that convinced them she’d be fine. Inoue applied with a spur of the moment surge of courage. She watched heroes on the news with her uncle all the time as a kid- he’d tell her all the types of things she could do as a hero if she became one. It became both their dream for her to succeed, he is a huge driving force for her to continue her studies. She is very aware she is a bit of a scardy cat and wants to change that- going to UA was part of that plan for her.
