Quirk Description:
Minimize allows objects Joruri has recently touched to become incredibly small and easy to transport! She can minimize anything from metals to fabrics but the bigger the object, the more time and energy she needs to manipulate the size!
Advantages:
+ Joruri can minimize several different objects at the same time!
+ She can shrink down different materials including (but not limited to) metals, debris, wood, fabric, glass, etc.
+ With calculated timing, Joruri can turn the objects she minimizes into ticking time-bombs! (They return to their original size!)
Disadvantages:
- Joruri needs all five fingers of her hand to touch the object in order for her Quirk to take effect.
- Since her Quirk is undeveloped compared to others her age, Joruri can only minimize objects for fifteen seconds.
- She can't affect living organisms or people in general! Joruri's Quirk also cannot affect people made from stone/cloth/wood/etc.

Character Background:
Being the only member of her family without a 'Time-based' Quirk, Joruri doesn't think very highly of her own abilities due to the apparent uselessness of making objects smaller. Throughout her early education, Joruri was constantly teased for having the ‘lamest Quirk in the school’ and often fell victim to the belligerence of the students with stronger, flashier Quirks. Due to the aggression, Joruri began to believe that her Quirk was inadequate for Heroism and decided to focus on becoming more intelligent instead of developing her Quirk to prove that even she could find a way to contribute to society in her adult years.
Reaching the end of middle school and needing to decide on which three high schools she would apply for, Joruri originally intended to look for schools that focused on traditional studies, having little to no motivation in following her dreams to become a Hero. However her intentions changed when Joruri recklessly managed to save her older brother, Eitoku from a group of small-time criminals by shrinking down a parked car and throwing it at the assailants just as it was about to return to its original size. Having seen that her Quirk could be heroic in its own way, Joruri finally found the resolve to follow in her family’s footsteps and informed her father about her intentions of becoming a Hero just like him. Joruri changed her top three choices to Hero Academies and accepted the offer to study at Saboten Academy in hopes to better herself and train her Quirk to its fullest potential so that she could prove to everyone, and to herself, that she had what it takes to be a Hero.

- Aside from Saboten Academy, Joruri also chose Seiai and Ketsubutsu as her top choices.
- She wears a pair of black shorts under her skirt, mostly for the sake of comfort and modesty.
- She doesn't particularly fair well in oral presentations and often freezes when called on in class.
- Her pointed ears come from her mother's genetics and they move when she experiences emotions.
- The raised pads on each of her fingers are sensitive and she's prone to getting paper-cuts on them.
- Joruri and her siblings were raised by Takuya and his Co-Workers at the Timeline Hero Agency!
- Joruri considers most of the older/veteran Heroes at Timeline's Agency to be her aunts and uncles.
- Her Quirk is a combination of her father's Time-based Quirk and her Mother's Shrinkage Quirk.
