Tsardom is Russian term. Tsar means King in Russian so that is why Russia was called Tsardom and not Kingdom. calling other countries which are not related to Russia a Tsardom is like Calling Japanese Empire a Kaiserreich.

Albania was Latin for Alba. Just like a medieval kingdom in Scotland called Moray Latin name was Moravia which is a region in the Czech Republic.
