Description
Colored pencil (Rexel Derwent Watercolor) on ragboard. The model is the lovely Vanessa Paradis. Inspired by this sonnet by Hartley Coleridge:Is love a fancy, or a feeling? No.
It is immortal as immaculate Truth.
'Tis not a blossom shed as soon as youth,
Drops from the stem of life--for it will grow,
In barren regions, where no waters flow,
Nor rays of promise cheats the pensive gloom.

Thanks! yeah, it's like 75% burnt umber. I tend to stick with earthy colors cuz they sell quicker. More likely to match the couch!

Dude, your art is awesome & most importantly unique. Its all about location. You need to find someone to market you. An art rep; a publisher; a high-end gallery owner. its not easy but your young, you can do it!
