Yes! I finally got some Zootopia fan art done!
I loved the movie. And yes, it's true what people are saying when they say that you cannot anticipate how good this movie is going to be. It took me by surprise cause to be honest I wasn't exactly heart-stoppingly excited for this one when I heard about it. But man, once I saw it I couldn't wait to see it again. *sigh* My only complaint about it is that it isn't longer. I need MOOOORE!

I actually saw Zootopia way back in February, cause where I live had it released early. My brain was clicking and whirling with ideas as soon as the movie was over. But surprise, surprise I ended up getting this done and posted out almost a month later. Well, better late than never, as I always tell myself so I don't cry myself to sleep at night.

The plan was to do a picture of both Judy and Nick (Because their chemistry together is life). But I really didn't feel like I had the references I needed to do that just yet cause I wanted the piece to have a background (Always overworking it). And I almost never draw animals. So I took this one step at a time and just drew Judy by herself. It's a leap year this year so I decided to make her, well, leaping. I had great fun with this piece.

In other news I could not be happier that we get to have another Disney movie coming out this year. The much awaited Moana. Aaaaahh!! Let's all leap in celebration of THAT!
