I love these - I worked on the old Roughnecks Animated TV show and these remind me of some of the bugs we had on the show - very nice take on the physiology of the creatures.

the only thing i dislike is the secon one from the right
the legs are too short and the stuff on the top is too big

cool! actaually it makes sense because a lot of insects in the real world have larger wings/upper body to scare away predators. Plus the creature's upper body is mostly hollow so there isn't much weight : )
