Oh my gosh, this is amazing. Not just because it looks good but because I needed a reference for biomechanical aliens with a predominantly "blue" color scheme, and this is just the jolt of imagination I need.

I'm a little disappointed that you didn't settle on one of the more abstract designs. Not that the others look bad, just that a sphere or spike gives me more of a "creepy alien" feeling.

Awesome choice of colors and designs. All different but still share enough of a theme to fill cohesive. Out of these my favorites would probably be the fifth from the left on the top row and the second from the left on the second row. Some about that claw design is just intriguing.
