This is a better version of an deleted deviation (I hope) I redid. His arm looked REALLY wrong and I know it still looks strange and not very good, I know... but eh, perspective is difficult. If you have some good advice, don't be afraid to tell me.

But I think the colors & lights look better now... It's still a shame that his steampunk wings are too discrete.

I miss my scan so much ! D:
