well its important to have a colour palette and stay true to it, ive noticed many people keep changing the skin tones of thier characters even when they are doing comic strips; its a near and dear issue to my heart

Exactly! I'm so glad that you do. Porcelain NEEDS to be porcelain! And Darren is half-filipino for goodness sake, why does everyone draw him really pale? I know he hasn't the darkest skin, but he does still have some tan! I'm glad that you care so much too!

i think I have the darkest Blaine on DA actually, just because I want to emphaize the filipino in him; and also it makes Kurt (who actually isn't that pale, but pink) look paler in comparison
