Claude Frollo upon seeing the beautiful Esmeralda dancing sexily. I know, I made her -too- sexy but it's to emphasize Frollo's vision. Although he looks like he's about to puke he is actually in distress because he is setting eyes upon a VERY arousing vision

I thought Frollo was infatuated with her, but Esmeralda was acting like a stupid skank and no matter how much Frollo spilled his guts to her she was all like, "Ewww! Get away from me you withered, old, fug-beast, I only have eyes for Phoebus, NYEH!!! XP" (I'm paraphrasing, here....)

Well, in the book Frollo's supposed to be 35 (But kind of old-looking) and Esmeralda's 16; and Frollo's TOTES obsessed with her but she wants nothing to do with him 'cause she LUUUURRRVES Phoebus even though he hardly gives her the time of day and really just wants to pretty much bang 'er and leave.

I doubt she would have worn a see-through dress back in the middle ages, they wouldn't allow that. Probably that's his imagination. She looks very beautiful, and his expression is very good. As a priest who has taken vows of celibacy he would find her a great distraction and temptation to sin. Well, the vows didn't stop plenty of other medieval priests from sinning and having sex, a lot of the priests broke the vows and did what they wanted, that is if they could do it without being caught. That is why when the Protestant revolution came along they decided that ministers should be allowed to marry.
