Of course I was gonna need another ice type pokemon for today so I decided to give one of the less assuming designs a more horrifying look, combing an actual polar bear with a abominible snowman type design.

Hallowed Beartic
Its body temperature is so cold that if a person is near it, their body will slowly freeze from the inside out. Which it prefers, it likes to hunt for sport and will chase its slowly freezing victims until they freeze solid, which beartic then keeps as a trophy.
