Deca was a pony created by Lightning Strings. After Midnight gave him that piece of robotics, and since he heard of Midnight's want of a child, encouraged him to build her. Once he finished the body, Lightning did the one thing he does with all of his creations, gives them a mind. To act as a base, he tried to mimic the minds of Oracle and Midnight. Deca however still has not been activated, for her name has not been properly given to her yet.

Deca's design is similar to that of Lightning's puppets. Her front legs, body, and back thigh contain hidden weapons and other gadgets that she can use with ease. Her tail can work as a real claw and extend greatly. Deca can use a bit of magic, but only levitation. But one talent she can do is wirelessly control some machines. A funny feature she has is that her eyes sometimes change shape and light up on different emotions.

"Oh," replied Lightning, "Because Marks 001 through 009 didn't exactly work so well."

I know that Makenzie(~Nektarios-Cat ) will probably kill me for this, but it was more of an accidental creation. Lightning never knew, so he made what he could. Anyway, this is Deca. Give me you're opinion on her.

Oh, one last thing you should know. Her last name is Gleam, why? Well, that is Midnight's last name. Yes, his name is Midnight Gleam.
