Description
A show poster image I created recently for Gateway Entertainment Singapore for their new magic musical. I chose a more surrealistic approach to illustrate the story, which was really fun to do. Hope you like it!

VISION is a spectacular magic adventure through time and space: thrown into the depths of an alternate dimension, join Lawrence & Priscilla as they disappear into an alternate dimension, trapped in the deepest and darkest depths of Priscilla’s subconscious. Both are forced to travel through Priscilla’s bizarre world of fantasy and magic, a world where Priscilla rules every living thing with her magic powers. When she heartlessly captures and cages her own father, it is up to Lawrence to set himself and his daughter free, using what he knows best… magic.

Great and powerful work! I actually stopped and copied the web address when I saw this poster on the mrt. I thought it was an art exhibit or something. I was truly disappointed when I realized it was for a magic show.

Wow, real cool. Surreal, borderline psychedelic. You should do more like this. Her dress is probably most beautiful single detail, but hand of bark is also a real nice touch

Sounds like a interesting musical! I haven't seen it but I think you did create a very surrealist picture that plays with the mind. The neon colors really help with that. And the fish and tree hand are my favorite details.
