Yes, Skaoi's Hair Colors does look similar to Miku's, but is meant to be more of a Greenish Turquoise compared to how Miku's Hair ColorΒ looked more like a Blueish Turquoise.

And just to let you know that Skaoi's Outfit is meant to be a combination of Disney's Versions of Cinderella (Skirt, Chocker Necklace and Gloves) and Belle (Chest Part).
