... Yes... A new character. 
... Uhh, she's not finished, yet - still needs color and her profile - I just wanted to put up her line art because I haven't put one up in a looong time and thought this one looked pretty cool~ oo:
Aaanyway, she's a new Sonic FC I'm working on specifically to use with a couple of groups, here, in the future.
Since Vivian and the others are now their own thing and shouldn't be used as Sonic fan characters. XDD ... She's a cutie nerd with a gun. uwu Any questions~? Good ~ enjoy my adorable little scout-girl~<3 ;u;
( She's supposed to be a kangaroo-rat, by the way. XDD Buuut, you know how Sonic style butchers animals~<3 )
