Hey guys, how did you enjoy the new year? And as we all know, a new year, a new precure season!I actually enjoyed Happiness Charge this year, and as that draws to a close, it seems like we've gotten sneak peaks of Go! Princess Precure, the new season.
The designs seem kind of complicated, and somehow the way Cure Mermaid's hair was shaped was throwing me off, so I tried to draw her in my own style to make sense of it. My favorite cure design from this season is Cure Twinkle actually.
I'm going to count this as my last post of 2014 since it was done before New Year's anyway.

I decided to look up the original because I know absolutely nothing about this series and holy moly, it looks like there's a hair parasite on her head.

Yeah, the original hairstyle is kinda offputting to me, which is why I tried to draw it in a way that seemed more reasonable, even if it was a ridiculous amount of hair.
