A new free image I made for Lugia.us, just had to add a background to it, I don't like uploading these without backgrounds now
Funny thing about this is I was looking for a long lost PSD file and found this buried and half complete, can't even remember when I started it but I'm sure it was last year some time.
Well it's finished now ^v^

I'll have to go and hunt for screenshots some time. The only times I've seen Lugia is in the Pokemon 2000 movie and in two or three TV episodes.
