Backstory:
-- Was born to two shinobi parents, still has a pretty close relationship with them, which created a very family-oriented environment from the get-go.
-- Really got into tree climbing and sleeping in them, to the point his parents started jokingly calling him “Little Monkey”.
-- When he was younger, he once knocked out a baby tooth with a rock trying to sharpen it.
-- Bonding Ceremony was an immediate success; Kuzu ran right into him and knocked him over. This proved to both of them that she was the brain in this relationship.
-- He always wanted to be a ninja, but it was also an opportunity in his eyes to get to explore and travel to other places outside of the village’s walls. Is it an excuse to try new food? Yes.
-- He enjoyed his time in the academy and around his graduation, his little sister, Bonko, was born. Shuuichi really enjoyed being an only child, so at first he was really unhappy. But the longer they spend together, the more he came to really love her, to the point that he would do anything for his baby sister.
-- His coming of age meant that his father and clansmen nabbed him in the middle of the night when he was dead asleep. He drank his sake like a champ and stumbled his way through the woods to the Clan Monument. It took a few hours, but once he got there, he yelled his life goal and then promptly passed out.
