She's very gorgeous! The colour tones are carefully selected and is representative of marine forms & nature, the ruffled one-piece dress complements Juliana's austere yet elegant character and even its slightly torn nature adds a edgy and bold streak. Simply lovely!
The sprinkles of flowers (Or is it aqua-fauna?) within her rich hair create an ethereal nature, while the tail and ears' sharp shapes and scales invoke traditional motifs (Reminiscent of SE Asian/Oceanic traditional art & patterns). The skin-tone's deep colour helps richen the with its smooth texture and overall enhances her graceful beauty and slick curves, accompanied by her sharp yet lovely eyes.
The fact that this mermaid is bipedal (or land-form) makes for a exuberant yet respective take on the Merman/Deep One species. Juliana her design is already invoking a Lush, vibrant Undersea Kingdom; slightly eldritch and dark, but full of life and tranquil mystery. This deep nature is something that even Disney really didn't bring out to its potential.
It would be interesting to see any form of interaction with your other fantasy characters; anyways stellar OC effort! Thanks a lot for sharing it here!
