The reason why I drew this... I don't even know... But, is France pretty in his purple/pink vest and socks? You bet!

I was originally going to stick Gilbert and Toni in there... But I decided he deserves to have the 'spotlight'. Is it just me or does he look a little thin? I'd imagine he'd be a little thicker-built... Well, obviously I'd point out the cons since I... tend to do that...
