I love it man. I think it's perfect. I agree that it's not about the typography. It's just about doing something cool and being happy with the results.

Quite a nice logo, although I don't understand how the crown is a reference to the brand name.
I think it's also a bit strange that the primary typeface you're using isn't "fresh" at all. It's rather muddy and the counters in R and A (not to mention the script typeface below that) are so small that you couldn't use this logo any smaller than the display size you present here.
To be specific about the typeface, there are several problems with it:
- The typeface is so bold that in F the horizontal bar is being forced so high up that there's a huge gap underneath it.
- R is too narrow and its leg is too thin. The counter is also too small.
- K needs a big ink trap as the serif is almost covering the negative space at the top.
- A needs a bigger counter.
- U is too thin at the right
Also, the contrast between the color of the typeface and the background used on the website is too low. Right now the icon and 'espressoself' are getting more attention than 'Fresh Kaufee'.

This was never about the typefaces but more focused on the icon. I'll work on the typeface when the time presents itself. The crown is my personal preference ties to it. Check out [link] you see here, what does crossbones have to do with cupcakes? Nothing, it's just something different. I have a unique brand that my target market relates to, it's not supposed to make perfect sense. Also, Fresh Kaufee is a clothing brand, not an actual coffee shop. When I use the logo, it's more so the icon, never the typeface. Thanks again for the opinion man!

Well I'm aware not every graphic designer has the equal amount of typographic knowledge but I find the statement "This was never about the typefaces" pretty strange. A brand logo isn't about the typeface nor the icon; everything has to work together as a whole.
As for the crown, I noticed later that you've always been using that crown so in that regard it's excellent that you used the crown again. Initially I just assumed this was a newly designed brand, in which case I personally desire each used element to mean something in reference to the brand. Equally, the Johnny Cupcakes logo makes absolutely no sense to me. I admit it's a strong symbol on its own, but it doesn't tell me anything about the brand, so I left without properly checking out what it's about.

I'm sure your target market can relate to it, but doesn't that say more about familiarity? I have to admit that when your band has already been established the logo doesn't necessarily need to make perfect sense. However, "It's not supposed to make sense" is a very strange statement and I think it's a bad attitude to have beforehand. Why would you WANT to develop a logo which doesn't make sense?
I understand Fresh Kaufee is not a coffee shop though. I don't think there could be much confusion about that.

That's fine, but when you do use a typeface it should obviously fit the brand, which in my opinion it didn't. I think a slab serif is a good choice, but a more balanced one.
