My first Tutorial!! O_OWell I've seen so meny bases abused by most deviant's who don't eve try so I though I would help them out!
Now this is the way I edit bases so I tried to make it as clear as I could to help teh peoplez!
Took me an hour or so to make this! And it's soooooooo large!
And my brother be distracin' meh! Lol XD
Anywho! Yes, I edited my Naruto OC Saiya Hatake. X3

Another program you could use is SUMOPaint. It's an online program and it's fun.
Also, I didn't know that could be done on ms paint. I have a new respect for it.

ACtually kellie on the erase tool part wouldnt it be easier to use the curve line tool in the color you want? XD And in some anime styles you can see the eyebrow under the hair XD
