Something I drew from a spur of the moment.
This is a new character from the Dream Witch Kumiko series. 10 bucks to whoever can guess what her power is (e.x. Yuliya's=Shapeshifter Miyako=Healer).

EDIT: Now that guessed that she is a clairvoyant, I can put up a description about her C:.

Name: Clara Vance
Nationality: Romanian ((lol I wasn't trying to have her name sound Romanian, it's more of a pun D': *lolfailjuice* ))
Height: 5'9"
Witch Class: clairvoyant
Age: 16

Clara is smart, fashionable, and has a very good figure. She has been in the same classes as Yuliya for a very long time and since they both strive to achieve the best grades, both Yuliya and Clara will be life long rivals. Clara and Yuliya often get in name calling fights, her most often nickname for Yuliya is Red Runt. Clara has the very important and rare job of being a clairvoyant, meaning she can see into the future and in the past. Due to magical world's rules she can only purposely see so far into the future and into other people's past. She gets all of her clairvoyant abilities from her third eye, which only opens when her two other eyes are closed. You'd think she would be good in battle since she can already see what her opponents are going to do, but she actually lacks the physical ability to avoid attacks quick enough, that's why she tries to excel more in magic spells and potions. Unlike most of clairvoyants she is not blind in her two regular eyes. That is mainly due to the fact that she was not born with her third eye. Because her normal eyes aren't blind she uses this to her advantage to fool new opponents into underestimating her by using a large hat to cover her third eye ((lol in this picture her hat doesn't do a good job of that, but I did that on purpose xD)).

So that's Clara! I really wanted to draw her third eye in this picture, but as the description says, it only opens when both of her eyes are closed :C.
