Gort from one of the best games of all time Shining Force. I played it to the point where I canβt plays it no more. As far as I can tell the series devolved into something with half naked anime chicks. Oh Japan, half naked anime chicks don't make everything better.Related content

Re: Description - Nope, only some recent entries in the series have half naked anime chicks.Β Heck, Shining Force Exa has hardly any "chicks" at all.
I really like the comic book style to this drawing.Β It has the kinetic energy of a panel from a good fight scene.Β Gort's beard is funny, too; it looks like a pendulum's swing.Β Good stuff.

The Fire Emblem games are kiiiiiinda like old school Shining Force, but not quite.

Oh yeah, and they are great. They've been keeping alive and flying the Strategy/RPG banner, and have had their console releases in the past few years. Sadly though, Shining Force (the strategy incarnation of the shining games) has been neglected for much more than 15 years in the west. While there have been a few releases for handhelds in the past 10 years. But they've stayed in Japan.
