Bubbly, spoiled, rich girl living in Oak River. Her parents made their fortune through selling homes, leasing property, sports items for golfing, tennis, etc. Is under the impression she and Sarah are "Gal Pals" when in reality, Sarah can't stand her clinginess and suffocating amount of pink and her overly friendliness nature. Billy doesn't seem to mind her company. He regularly nudges her to be nice to the girl. A bit of an airhead and oblivious at times. Loves fashion. Coming from an upper class family, she lacks a frame of reference of lower class lifestyle and foods. Finds fries and hamburgers the best. For a majority of her youth Tiffany has had very little to no proper friends. Was grouped w/ other rich kids, a majority being the kids of family friends, but none were interested. Chose to go to the public high school rather than a private one in the hopes of making BFFL's ("Best Friends For Life").
