Sticking with the mudskipper origin, Titanosaurus is a product of genetic tampering by the Black Hole Planet 3 Aliens, the Simeons. Earth is a planet that's outside of any law restrictions of the united galactic society. So because of this our planet in the eyes of aliens is viewed as the perfect spot for dubious activities. Few humans know of the Simeons. Dr. Shinzo Mafune, a man who dabbles in the field of genetic experiments, joined forces with the aliens as he was under the impression that he was to benefit man with his work, but all the Black Hole Aliens wanted was monsters.

Context/idea:
In this new continuity, the central focus is on Jet Jaguar who undergoes a growth (literal and figurative) from a learning A.I. program to being practically human. I suppose the superhero/magic girl type of scenario (My Life As A Teenage Robot for instance) where they deal with everyday life and fight monsters of varying sizes. Now, the real kicker with this concept is the radical new interpretations of the kaiju, "Godzilla: Singular Point" but wilder, in a sense.
