I'm not saying that it wouldn't be a cool victorious skin (that I would work my butt off for). I am saying that they just gave her a Championship skin (which I use often). I doubt they would be so quick to give her another skin like that so soon, especially with 100+ champions on the roster who don't have Championship or Victorious skins. It would be much more likely to be released as a Pulsefire skin.

I see what you mean but it most definitely wouldn't be a pulsefire skin.
Not only is pulsefire an ultimate, so it's supposed to be VERY unique and specific to one champion for it evolves with him/her, if they were to make another pulsefire skin, it would only be natural for someone from Piltover to have a pulsefire skin, as said by a Rioter.

Can I give you some REALLY sincere suggestions? As a LoL player and a lore-fan, I have to say that if this a Glory of War Riven, IMO, it should have more leather. Noxian women usually dress more leather, and the clothes are currently much more like Piltoverian/Demacian outfit. And one more thing: Your concept. Is. AMAZING. I'd love to have this skin. An I'm only telling you this because I believe you are able to make this skin even more linked to the lore.
