Call me biased all you want, but this is more erotica and softcore porn than art.
I'd see this as art if it had some form of symbolism or something that activates a certain emotion in the one admiring the art, but all I can feel is the teepee in my pants.
At least that's my two cents. Art is meant to awake feelings, not the one-eyed dragon.

I see in the photos of artofdan70 something special that makes them remarkable among the massive flow of erotic and porn material:
- A flawless technical mastery of light, composition, framing and focus.
- A respectful, delicate treatment of his models that preserves and enhances her distinctive features, even been openly explicit.
- A hard to find ability to make his shoots look original and fresh even when they show the same old poses stressing the same anatomic parts that are exploited over and over again in erotic photo.
This set of skills is not so common. So we have a set of works, with creativity, technical quality, common recognisable features... Nearly an artist's work. It lacks just a thing to be properly named art. To express the author's ideas and passions instead of being sold as a boner material to a famous erotic web producer.
But anyway, all these traits are still there and could be reason enough (at least for me) for considering the author an artist.
