I use a hard round brush for shadow, then I use Airbrush to smooth out, and the smudge tool.

No. The salt box is that odd triangle shaped area above the clavicle. Its also where the supraclavicular fossa major muscle is. As seen in my drawing of the Front View of the Muscular System[1]

ah i see. I need to brush up on my anatomy and physiology. I feel like the random raised posterier view of ball and socket joint (upper shoulder) kinda threw off the set but wanted to have a bit of a challenge Thank for the brush up of terminology.
