Part 2 of 7 character designs that I am working on at the moment. Was supposed to be just a character reference art but I decided to make it a full blown rendered art...I still suck at making backgrounds QQHe is a friend's OC. And is owned by him. I did, however, design his armor based on what he wanted.

Wow! Something about his pose really makes this feel more 'candid' as opposed to 'posed' which I really like! I also really like the detail in his face; it certainly gets the feline aspect across.

Some advice though: 1. Studying more about how light hits surfaces would be good, and 2. Use a brush with 85-100% hardness.
