The first in a series of several SD RO chibis I made. This is Belial, my Dark Priest at Fortuna RO. How come evil grumpy things make adorable chibis? XDThe background was supposed to be some quick experimentation with CS to just spruce up the old chibi art, but I got carried away and spent a few hours messing just mucking about with the bg. I used some spiffy tree brushes by as a base from which to build on, and I really can't recommend her tree brush enough! Very nice brush!
I have no idea why Belial is in a spooky forest <_< Maybe he doesn't either
